How to Make
01. Roll out the Puff Pastry
First, make sure the puff pastry is fully thawed. Roll it out slightly to flatten it, then use a cookie cutter to cut out 6 heart shapes (about 4 inches each). If you want a golden finish, brush with egg wash before baking.

02. Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a bowl, whisk together heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks.

03. Assemble
Once the puff pastry hearts are baked and cooled, slice each one in half. Flip one half over, then pipe the whipped cream onto it and top with fresh strawberries. Place the other half on top. If you’re feeling extra, dust with a mix of powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

Hello! I don’t know if this message will get to you but I hope it does. I have a tiny question. I was wondering what heart cutter did you use, like the size. I made these but I realized they were small due to the mold I used. I hope I can hear from you so I can improve my skills. Thank you!
Hi Jessica! We used a 4 inch cutter. Hope this helps!
