Oatmeal Apple Crumble
This oatmeal apple crumble has to be the easiest and most satisfyingly sweet dessert to make this fall! The apples are cooked with warm spices and topped with a spiced oatmeal crunch. Just add a scoop of ice cream and you’ll thank us later!

HOw to make OatmeaL Apple crumble
01. Prepare the Crumble
Combine the flour, oats, sugar, spices, and butter. Mix well until pea-sized balls form. Refrigerate until use.
02. Prepare the Apples
Combine the apples, brown sugar, cornstarch, apple pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix until all of the apples are coated.
03. Bake & Serve
You can pour the filling into four 6-ounce ramekins or a small baking dish. Top with the crumble mixture. Bake for at 350℉ for 25 minutes, until golden brown and the apples are tender. This dessert is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.

Ingredients
Crumble Topping
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour see note
- 2 tbsp old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp apple pie spice see note
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
Apple Filling
- 1-2 medium honeycrisp apples peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp apple pie spice see note
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumble. Mix well until pea-sized balls form. Refrigerate while you prepare the apples.
- Combine the apples, brown sugar, cornstarch, apple pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix until all of the apples are coated.
- You can pour the filling into four 6-ounce ramekins or a small baking dish. Top with the crumble mixture. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.
