Mixed Berry Crisp
This mixed berry crisp with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream is the ultimate summer dessert. Packed with delicious summer berries and topped with a golden cinnamon streusel.

What is streusel?
Cinnamon streusel is a crumbly topping made from a simple mix of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. It’s sprinkled over the berry filling before baking and melts into a crisp, golden crust. Looking for a detailed post on how to make it? Check out our blog post here.

Can I use frozen berries?
- Yes! There’s no need to thaw the berries so you can add them to your baking dish straight from the freezer.
- Frozen berries release more liquid, so add 1-2 extra teaspoons of cornstarch to thicken the filling.
- Add 5-10 minutes to the baking time to make sure the filling bubbles and thickens properly.
