Biscoff White Chocolate Blondies
These Biscoff blondies are everything you love about a classic blondie but even better! They’re loaded with chunks of Lotus Biscoff cookies and white chocolate chips in every bite. One bowl, no mixer, and just 10 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until combined. Fold in the Lotus Biscoff cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the pan, top with more Biscoff cookies, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
These blondies stay soft for days in an airtight container or frozen up to two months.
