Policies
1. After you fill out the order request form, we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days via email or phone number. Your order isn’t confirmed until we’ve approved it and received payment within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. You can pick up your order at a designated location or we offer delivery for a fee based on your location.
3. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, no changes can be made.
4. If you cancel at least one week before your scheduled pickup, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days of the pickup date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within two days or less are non-refundable.
5. Before leaving the pickup location, make sure to verify your order. If there’s an issue, please let us know immediately. After you leave, the order will be considered final, and we won’t be able to offer any refunds.
6. Our baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
