Ingredients you’ll need

For the donuts:
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • Milk
  • Sour cream or yogurt
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • All purpose flour
  • Oreo cookies
  • Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
For the Glaze:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk

How to store: These donuts are best served the day they’re made. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 8 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease a donut pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, milk, sour cream/yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  • Add the flour, cocoa powder, crushed Oreos, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
  • Transfer the batter to a piping bag or large ziplock bag. Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling them halfway. Bake for 10-11 minutes, or until the donuts spring back lightly when touched or a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the donuts to cool for 10 minutes then dip each donut in the glaze. Top with more crushed Oreos.
